ORDERS AND SHIPPING

You'll receive your product at home without any extra shipping costs if your order value is above € 75,-

If your order is less than € 75, you'll only pay a shipping fee of € 5,95 once, regardless of the weight of your order, the number of items you're ordering, or the country you live in!

We ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland and Japan.

 

We can also ship to countries not listed above, but we don't offer shipping guarantees. Post-delivery systems can be unreliable, and shipping times can be very long. We can't provide any refunds or shipping guarantees for countries not listed above.

Handling time: 2–5 business days

If your order exceeds the maximum shipping in business days plus the maximum handling time of 5 business days and you don't see any progress with tracking the package, please contact us at support@flowarts.shop.

You'll receive an email update when your order is dispatched, and you can find the tracking info there. You can also log in to your customer account and go to "Tracking" for progress.

Yes, this will be mostly the case. But if you've ordered multiple items and they have different suppliers, they will be sent separately (there won't be extra shipping costs for you)

Yes it's possible to amend your delivery address before you place your order. However, after you've placed your order, it's not possible to change your address.

If you made a mistake in the address, please contact us on WhatsApp at +336 3456 0233 ASAP, and we'll see if we can do someting.

You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “confirm & pay,” but after this point, you won’t be able to make any changes. Your items will be sent out to you as per your order confirmation.

WHEN CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
- Returns are accepted when you first notify us within 14 days after the item has been delivered. 
- Garments must be in their original unworn condition with all tags attached. We can't take back washed or dirty merchandise. 
- All items on Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. 
- All custom-made products, (deposit) tickets for Poi Retreat, and face masks are not eligible for return or exchange. 
ALSO NOTE - You are responsible for the return shipping costs. - Shipping fees on your initial order are non-refundable.

 The first item on your dashboard is "Commission Status." Here, you can see how much commission you've earned.

 You'll see "Pending" and "Approved." Your commission will be delayed before it is approved because if someone buys the deposit ticket to a retreat but gets sick and can't go, you won't get the same amount paid as if the person pays for the entire retreat. Your commission will become available for retreat tickets when the retreat has finished.

 

Look at "Available store credit " to see how much you can redeem as a coupon to buy the items you want (this includes shipping costs, and you can also buy a ticket to one of our retreats). Click "Redeem Coupon" and fill in the amount you want to withdraw from your credits. Click "Get Coupon" to generate the unique coupon code you can use at checkout.

On your dashboard, scroll down until you see "Affiliate coupons." Here, you can also edit your coupon code if you don't like the auto-generated one. Copy your coupon code to share it with your followers and receive your commission! 

 

 (You could also use the affiliate link, but using the coupon code is the easy and sure way to receive your commission)

Click "Link & Assets" and "Media" on the top bar. Here, you can find images and video files to download and use for promotion. 

Be sure to tag @poiretreat every time you post so people can easily find all the info about the retreat ;)
